Welcome to Emily Loran PH. By browsing or buying from emilyloran.ph, you agree to these terms. We wrote them in plain language. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

1. About This Store

Emily Loran PH is an online handbag store serving the Philippines, operated on the Shopify platform. These terms govern your use of the store and every purchase you make through it. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping with a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout and to keep your contact and delivery details up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.

3. Products and Pricing

We work hard to show every bag accurately: colors, dimensions, materials, and finishes. Screens vary, so slight differences in color may occur. Prices are listed in Philippine pesos and may change without prior notice. A price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. We may limit quantities or discontinue styles at any time.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email when your order is processed. We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases, such as stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payments

We accept GCash, Maya, major debit and credit cards, cash on delivery, and buy-now-pay-later through our payment partners. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it. BNPL arrangements are agreements between you and the BNPL provider, under the provider's own terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, so please double-check it at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. In short: you may return or exchange unused items within 7 days of delivery, with tags attached and complete packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, with shipping costs on us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store. That means no fraud, no scraping or copying of content for commercial use, no interference with the site's security, and no use of the store for anything unlawful under Philippine law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — text, photographs, logos, and designs — belongs to Emily Loran PH or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Browsing and sharing links is always welcome; copying is not.

10. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties: Shopify for the platform, Flash Express for delivery, and payment providers for transactions. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond our control, but we will always help you reach a resolution.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Emily Loran PH harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the store or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts or venues in the Philippines, without prejudice to your right to seek help from the Department of Trade and Industry or other consumer agencies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
