Shipping Policy
How does Emily Loran PH ship your order? Every bag ships tracked and protected nationwide via Flash Express, and delivery is free on orders of ₱4,500 and above. Here is how we deliver, what it costs, and how to follow your order to your door.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders ₱4,500 and above, anywhere in the Philippines.
- Orders below ₱4,500 ship for a flat rate shown clearly at checkout, before you pay. No surprises.
Order Processing
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed.
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, estimated delivery times with Flash Express are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and courier volume can add a day or two, especially in December. Remote and island locations may add one to two business days. We always share your tracking link the moment your order ships.
Order Tracking
Every order is trackable. Once your bag is on its way, you will receive an email with your Flash Express tracking number. Follow it in real time. If the link ever misbehaves, reply to that email and we will check on your order personally.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available in most areas serviceable by Flash Express nationwide. If COD does not appear at checkout, your address may be outside the courier's COD coverage. GCash, Maya, cards, and BNPL remain available to you.
Packaging
Every Emily Loran order includes a soft dust bag to protect your bag in transit and in storage. Bags in the premium tier, priced above ₱5,000, also arrive in our signature gift box. A sturdy outer shipper protects everything. It arrives gift-ready, even when the gift is for you.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across the Philippines via Flash Express, including provincial areas. Remote locations may add one to two business days to the estimates above.
How do I get free shipping?
Simply reach ₱4,500 in your cart. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout, with no code needed.
How long does delivery take to my area?
Metro Manila takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Luzon takes 3 to 6, and Visayas and Mindanao take 5 to 8. Your tracking link arrives by email when your order ships.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address, and we will update it.
What if my package is delayed?
Check your tracking link first. If there is no movement for three days, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with Flash Express and keep you updated until it arrives.
